Shakarkandi Chaat (Baked)
Warm wintery chaat!! Its so quick to make and needs no chutneys. All needed is a cup of hot masala chai post the chaat session..What you need: Recipe inspired from Sizzling tastebuds
Sweet potato - 2 nos
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - Pinch
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt as reqd
How to make:
Wash the sweet potatoes and bake them at 170 C for 10 -15 mins or until its done.
Chop them into large chunks. In a large bowl add all the ingredients mix well and serve it warm.
Quick and yummy winter chaat with Masala Chai is all the need of the evening!!
